A shared passion that became a life project.

July, a dedicated entrepreneur passionate about the musical world, and Damien, an artist, producer, Sound Engineer and DJ known as ADDAM, have always shared the same vision: creating spaces where creativity can flourish freely.

Partners in life as well as in their projects, they drew inspiration from a unique place they discovered in Brussels: an old barn dating back to 1870, for which they fell in love at first sight. Together, they decided to restore it and bring it back to life.

Enhanced by a modern extension, Studio 71 now offers several versatile rooms dedicated to music, well-being, but above all, to meetings, exchanges, and collaboration. A space designed for artists, composers, and singers to come together, create, and grow in an atmosphere of professionalism and care.

Through our accessible studios, we aim to contribute to audiovisual richness, support emerging projects, and accompany artists who are shaping the future of the music industry.
